Repair/Replace Waterlines - Fort Carson, CO

The Fort Carson waterline project consisted of installing roughly 8,000 lineal feet of a new 10” waterline consisting of C900 pipe and HDPE pipe.  The project also involved installing new building service lines of 3” cast iron waterlines at 4 building locations on the Fort Carson post. 22 new fire hydrants were also installed along the 8,000 lineal feet of the project.


Remodel First Floor Restrooms - US Courthouse - Sioux Falls, SD

The project involved designing two fully renovated bathrooms to ADA standards in an active historical US courthouse.  JE HURLEY completed self-performed selective demolition, wall masonry structural repairs with new structural steel posts & lintels and block grouting, concrete slab repairs, in wall blocking & backing, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, signage, vinyl base, wood chair rail, wood door trim, door & hardware installations, painting, as well as final cleaning and infectious controls containments for the four separate work areas.  Subcontractor work included plumbing demolition, installation of new piping & fixtures, HVAC ductwork, grills, thermostat relocation, electrical demolition, new light fixtures, hand dryers, auto door openers, tile with mortar bed, mosaic tile, new marble and marble wainscot panels, drywall framing, plaster skim coating and acoustical ceiling installations.
